| 500 | |a The work was supposed to complete "Thesaurus linguae orientali", published in Vienna as well in 1680, but the Turkish siege made the printing impossibile and disrupted the printing office supposed to compose the Dictionary. (All these are mentioned in the introduction of this volume). Seven years later the Dictionary was finally completed and published, and was also considered an opera per se.
